Our factory is located in Changping Town, which is located on the east bank of the the Pearl River Delta, connecting Shenzhen and Hong Kong to the south, and Guangzhou, Beijing and Shanghai to the north. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
35 staff in QC department including 1 QC manager, 2 IQC staff, 6 IPQC staff, 6 QA staff, and 4 QC staff at each product line.
Quality Control Procedures
IQC staff inspect the raw material according to AQL standard and the Four QC members at each product line monitor the quality throughout the production. IPQC staff inspect the finished products from each production randomly according to AQL standard. Total quality assurance system ensures each item of our products is compliant to related AQL standard.
Origin of Materials and Components
Plastic shells were produced by our own injection factory. Chipsets were designed by our engineer and produced by our cooperative factory.
